Good Glamm Group buys majority stake in Organic Harvest in all-cash deal

The deal, which is Good Glamm’s seventh acquisition in the past 12 months, pegs Organic Harvest’s enterprise valuation at Rs 275-280 crore. The D2C firm will invest Rs 75 crore as primary capital in the organic beauty and personal care brand.
