Jio Platforms’ Haptik launches app to allow SMBs to grow their businesses on WhatsApp

Interakt is Haptik’s first product for the SMB and MSME economy, estimated to be over 50 million businesses strong. Businesses will get a dedicated WhatsApp Business number which they can use to communicate with their customers.
