ED threatens Flipkart, founders and Tiger Global with $1.35-billion fine

The Enforcement Directorate issued in early July a so-called showcause notice to Flipkart, its founders Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal as well as current investor Tiger Global, for allegedly violating India's FDI rules for e-commerce.
