Microsoft Tells Affected Users SolarWinds Hacker Had Gained Access to Its Customer Service Tools

Microsoft revealed on Friday that a group it identifies as Nobelium - also behind the SolarWinds attack - had accessed its customer service tools through one of its agents to launch hacking attempts against customers. Microsoft said it had warned the affected customers.
