Staff takeover deals in IT see retention perks

Indian IT has seen about a dozen such contracts in the past two years as clients seek their expertise for digital transformation. HCL took over the IT operations of Barclays and Broadcom, TCS of Transamerica, Wipro of Alight, and Infosys of Hitachi and Verizon.
