Salary
Depending on where you live, what hours you work, and your previous experience, associates can expect to start by making between $9.00 and $10.50 an hour. That pay rate will increase as a person spends more time with the company, and compensation will also go up for roles which require more focus, specialized skills, or responsibility.

You have to be at least 16 years old to work at Walmart and 18 years old to work at Sam’s Club, which Walmart also owns.
